Paris first to open new Atelier Cologne boutique in October
By Charlotte Turner |
L’Oréal Travel Retail installed an Atelier Cologne pop-up boutique for the whole month of October at Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport, in Terminal S4, offering travellers the opportunity to personalise their purchases with an engraving and gift-wrapping service.
Paris CDG was the first European airport to have the new pop up boutique installed on 1 October.
The boutique carried four collections comprising 20 scents including its Colognes Absolues, in addition to refillable travel sprays.
“As personalisation is part of the Atelier Cologne customer experience, travelling customers could have their name, initials or a short message engraved on the travel spray leather case within five minutes before filling and wrapping their Venetian blue gift box with coloured ribbons,” said L’Oréal TR.
The boutique was enhanced by the ‘digital experience’ including a photo booth.
Guy Bodescot for SDA and Aude Ferrand for Aéroports de Paris claimed that they were very proud to welcome the first Atelier Cologne pop-up store in a European airport environment, according to L’Oréal TR.
“The French brand perfectly meets travellers’ desires in search of emotion, authenticity, naturality, personalisation and gifting services,” added L’Oréal.
“The Atelier Cologne pop-up store reflects the excellence of retail and retail design achieved by L’Oréal Travel Retail.”
