Season’s Greetings from TRBusiness; Thanks for your support

By Charlotte Turner |

TRBusiness would like to thank all of its readers, viewers and advertising partners for their loyal support, despite the continued challenges facing the global duty free and travel retail industry.

As well as providing breaking news, exclusive interviews, dynamic video content and unrivalled analytical commentary, with our partners, TRBusiness will continue to uphold its mission to ‘help the industry grow’ through its dedicated sustainability and consumer insight initiatives in 2022.

It will also broaden its focus to include industry platforms on diversity and inclusion as well as mental health and wellbeing.

Now entering its 25th year, TRBusiness is proud of the plethora of pioneering platforms it has established in recent years, such as the Travel Retail Awards, TR Sustainability Week and the TR Consumer Forum. As reported, in the next phase of our mission, we will further develop our focus on sustainability beyond environmental issues.

DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION

We will offer opportunities for the duty free & travel retail industry to openly discuss other CSR topics, such as ensuring diversity and inclusion in the workplace and offering appropriate levels of support for employees with regards to their mental health and wellbeing; especially since many employees are now working remotely or in a reduced capacity as a result of the pandemic.

Earlier this year, TRBusiness proudly staged the inaugural Travel Retail Consumer Forum with data partner m1nd-set. The first in-person industry conference in almost two years received great acclaim from delegates. Please see our video highlights reel from the event above.

Also in 2021, TRBusiness hosted the first Travel Retail Sustainability Week that received wide support and interaction from industry stakeholders at all levels.

TRBusiness and m1nd-set hosted the Global Travel Retail Awards at the inaugural TR Consumer Forum in September.
