The Seksy Sunglasses Collection will be available to purchase onboard Jet2.com from Spring 2018.

The Swiss Eyewear Group (SEG) has announced that its Seksy Sunglasses Collection is now listed with UK airline Jet2.com.

SEG’s Director Travel Retail International Markets Rebecca Harwood-Lincoln said: “The first confirmed listing is with Jet2.com for Spring 2018.”

The company says that the collection has received huge interest from the DF&TR channel, thanks to last month’s TFWA World Conference and Exhibition in Cannes, where it was unveiled for the very first time, says SEG.

Commenting on the event, Harwood-Lincoln, says: “We were delighted with the reaction from customers to this new range. Buyers really liked the designs available, all with the added sparkle of precious Swarovski crystals giving even more appeal to an already well known and loved brand name.”

‘AMAZING’ PRICE POINTS

According to Harwood-Lincoln, the positive response to the Seksy Sunglasses Collection was just one of the highlights during an ‘incredibly busy week onboard the Indulgence of Poole’ yacht.

SEG’s other 2018 sunglasses collections, also launched at the TFWE, attracted potential buyers too.

“Our diary was full from beginning to the end, with many new potential customers wanting to see for themselves why our INVU and RipCurl sunglasses collections are so successful in travel retail,” she adds. “We were delighted at how enthusiastically buyers responded to the styling, quality and – of course – amazing price points.”

Harwood-Lincoln says she has several follow-up meetings arranged for this month thanks to the event in Cannes, adding that she is ‘confident of being able to announce a number of new listings through all travel retail channels by the end of the year’.
