The John Walker, Last Cask will release in GTR from October.

Johnnie Walker has announced the release of its final batch of the limited-run The John Walker with a portion of the 330 remaining bottles being made available to travel retail.

Travellers will be able to purchase The John Walker, Last Cask (40% ABV) from October at a RRP of £2,900/$3,500.

The John Walker combines six single malt whiskies and three rare grain whiskies to produce a strong depth of flavour.

It is crafted from some of the finest and most valuable casks from the Johnnie Walker reserves, with the whiskies hand selected from nine distilleries in existence during the lifetime of John Walker (1805-1857).

The nine whiskies are married in the bespoke The John Walker cask for a ‘wonderfully elegant Scotch with flavours that slowly unfold’.
