Denver welcomes Patrick Heck back as new CCO

Patrick Heck DenverDenver International Airport has appointed Patrick Heck as it new Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Vice President for Global Development.

With immediate effect, Heck will be in charge of commercial properties, concessions, parking and ground transportation, air service development, airline affairs, strategic partnerships, and economic development.

Heck joined Denver Airport in 2006 as the airport’s strategic advisor, overseeing its performance measurement and strategic planning operations and he served as Deputy Manager for revenue and business development between 2007 to 2009.

EXPERIENCED ‘DENVER MAN’

In this role he was responsible for all commercial activities at the airport including food and beverage, retail, parking, and ground transportation. From 2009 to 2014 be became the airport’s chief financial officer.

Prior to his return to Denver, Heck was Vice President Commercial at the Manchester Airport Group USA, and prior to that served as the CFO at Continuum Partners in Denver.

Welcoming Heck back, Denver Arport CEO Kim Day said: “We are so happy to welcome Patrick Heck back to DEN.

“Patrick has a long history at DEN that includes experience managing billions of dollars in airport debt and assets, as well as a deep knowledge of the airport’s financial and business operations.”

Heck takes up his new position from September 19.
