Estée Lauder opens Advanced Night Repair store at Beijing Airport

By Charlotte Turner |

Estée Lauder has unveiled its Advanced Night Repair Synchronized Recovery Complex II Concept Store in partnership with Sunrise Duty Free at Terminal 3, Beijing Capital International Airport.

The new store, to open this month, aims to communicate how the new serum supports a natural nighttime purification process called Catabolysis that is ‘vital’ to younger-looking skin.

“Estée Lauder revolutionized the nighttime repair category with the introduction of Advanced Night Repair Synchronized Recovery Complex II – our most comprehensive, most advanced serum ever,” says Lauder.

Possibly Estée Lauder’s best-selling product ever, the original Advanced Night Repair serum was launched 30 years ago. Regarded as Lauder’s ‘hero’ product the range of ANR products have accumulated numerous awards from the beauty industry as well as travel retail accolades.

“The Beijing Capital International Airport concept store’s luxurious city loft design is revealed in architectural detail like the exterior glass windows that expose a city skyline and the sparkling starry night lighting in the exterior canopy and concept store ceiling,” says Lauder.

Estée Lauder Beauty Advisors will be at the disposal of passengers and are able to provide consultations via digital tools including a brand designed skin analyzer and imatch foundation finder in addition to providing Skincare and Makeup tips.

“Advanced Night Repair Synchronized Recovery Complex II is the result of groundbreaking Estée Lauder research on cellular Catabolysis in skin,” says Estée Lauder.

“This powerful formula supports this natural nighttime purification process vital to younger-looking skin. Revolutionary ChronoluxCB Technology combines potent Catabolysis and Chronolux technologies, adding the power of cellular purification to the precision of synchronization to help skin’s natural nightly renewal.”

ANR TIMELINE

1982

NIGHT REPAIR CELLULAR RECOVERY COMPLEX

The original formula was the first product developed to help skin improve its appearance and recover from the visible effects of environmental assaults.

“Working in sync with the skin’s own natural processes and circadian rhythms, it boosted skin’s natural renewal process and reduced the look of signs of ageing during the restorative hours of sleep,” says the brand.

1991 – ADVANCED NIGHT REPAIR PROTECTIVE RECOVERY COMPLEX

Nearly ten years later, Night Repair was reformulated with proprietary anti-oxidant technologies. ELC explains: “Working during the night, ANR Protective Recovery Complex helped support skin’s natural renewal process and reduce the look of signs of ageing.

“Mimicking the skin’s own natural mechanisms, this advanced formula contained unique technologies and ingredients to support skin’s natural ability to reduce the signs of ageing.”

2002 – ADVANCED NIGHT REPAIR EYE RECOVERY COMPLEX

The formula is adapted into a serum-gel to treat the delicate skin around the eyes, and help skin recover from the look of lines, dryness, puffiness and dark circles.

2009 – ADVANCED NIGHT REPAIR SYNCHRONIZED RECOVERY COMPLEX

ANR Synchronized Recovery Complex optimises night-time renewal with Chronolux Technology. The formula has over 20 patents worldwide.

2010 – ADVANCED NIGHT REPAIR EYE SYNCHRONIZED COMPLEX

Advanced Night Repair Eye Synchronized Complex delivers the same renewal and protection technology as Advanced Night Repair Synchronized Recovery Complex, targeted specifically for the eye area.
