Lotte awards $12.7m build contract

The Black Construction Corporation (BCC), the Guam-based subsidiary of the Tutor Perini Corp civil and building construction company, has won a $12.7m interior finishing contract with Lotte Duty Free at Guam International Airport.
 
This is part of the offer made to the Guam Airport Authority in Lotte’s duty free tender offer, which was accepted earlier this year.
 
According to the Tutor Perini Corp, its Guam division will contract now consists of architectural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, renovation and finishing work to various public retail and boutique areas.
 
The work begins this month and is expected to be completed by March of next year, according to the construction company.
