Changi opens leasing bids for Terminal 2 delicatessen concessions

Changi Airport has announced Terminal 2 Delicatessen concessions

Singpore Changi Airport has announced it is accepting bids for three Terminal 2 Delicatessen concessions.

Singapore Changi Airport is inviting proposals for three brand name delicatessen concessions in the Departures and Transit lounge at Terminal 2.

Each of the three concessions is set to run for three years and six months.

The 55sqm Concession A space will run from 12 February 2025 to 11 August 2028, with the same-sized Concession B live from 2 March 2025 to 1 September 2028.

A third 39sqm unit will operate from 12 November 2024 to 11 May 2028.

“We are looking for unique and exciting brands and concepts with a proven track record that will inject buzz to and differentiate the retail offerings at Singapore Changi Airport,” the airport said in its invitation document.

All products under the delicatessen category will be considered, with the exception of Liquor, Tobacco, Perfumes and Cosmetics. 

No deadline has been given, and site visits are available with prior notice.

Singapore Changi Airport handled 58.9 million passenger movements in 2023, representing 86% of its traffic recorded in 2019.

The result was boosted by a strong recovery in the fourth quarter with a total of 1 million passenger movements registered, surpassing 90% of pre-pandemic levels, compared to the same quarter in 2019.

December 2023 was Changi’s busiest month of the year, registering 5.8 million pax movements, or 91% of traffic in December 2019.
