Aviation and travel retail specialist consultancy Ethos Farm has partnered with full-service brand activation and experiential agency, Alive Brand Experience to begin offering collaborative solutions in Asia Pacific.

Operating under the Ethos Farm Asia Pacific brand name, the company says the joint venture will bring unique expertise to the market and a wealth of experience to airports, retailers and brands.

It also suggests this is especially pertinent as the aeronautical and duty free sectors look to experience-led marketing as a key differentiator and driver of customer loyalty and brand growth.

Ethos Farm Asia Pacific will formally commence trading operations this month from the shared headquarters of Alive Brand Experience in Singapore.

NEW COLLABORATION

Sally Alington, Founder, Ethos Farm said:  “This is a momentous day as we forge a new collaboration with the incredible team at Alive Brand Experience across APAC. You only need to look at the ground-breaking development of airports in the region, such as Jewel Changi Airport, to know that Asia Pacific continues to lead the way in terms of airport consumer experiences.”

She added: “We want to be at that cutting edge and will be offering solutions including consultancy, learning and development, employee technologies and staffing. I can’t think of anyone better to team up with than a company that shares our ‘ethos’ and has an exceptional track record in connecting brands and people through authentic and relevant brand experiences.”

Charlotte-BirleyCharlotte Birley, Managing Director, Alive Brand Experience (left) added: “We are delighted to be working with Ethos Farm to launch the Asia Pacific branch and to be the team on the ground in the region. Since launching Alive in 2015, our strategic and experiential marketing portfolio has gone from strength to strength to include clients such as Changi Airport Group, LVMH, Lego, Disney and Under Armour.

“We know that Ethos Farm APAC will offer the aviation and travel retail sector unique solutions by leveraging our combined expertise.”

Alington and Birley, who first worked together in 2003, began their brand, travel retail and aviation careers serving clients such as Nokia, Orange, BAA and World Duty Free.

“Charlotte and I have huge mutual respect for what each other has achieved independently. You only need to look at the client list of Alive and check-out their case studies to be hugely impressed by their creative approach to immersive brand experiences,” said Alington.

Birley remarked: “I’m thrilled to be working with Sally again and getting to know her team at Ethos Farm in the UK and the Americas. What Sally has achieved over the past two years is incredibly impressive and serves as a testament to her professionalism, vision and outstanding leadership.

“Ethos Farm is undoubtedly one of the emerging success stories in customer experience and staff learning and development, so we are especially excited to deliver the benefits to both brands and consumers through Ethos Farm Asia Pacific.”
