LS Travel Retail expands F&B at Cairns
By Kevin Rozario |
LS Travel Retail Pacific has launched two new shop-in-shop food concepts at Cairns Airport in a 20sq m unit: Eagles Boys Express and The Bar, to add to its existing TRIB’s cafe.
This is the first time that LSTR Pacific has partnered with the well-known Eagle Boys Express brand which has a 27-year history in Australia. The unit (right) serves up fresh pizza and hot meals on the go, plus breakfast options, chicken wings, potato skins, rolls, wedges and garlic bread.
The Bar concept (below) offers a variety of local and imported beer, wines and spirits as well as meals and snacks.
LSTR Pacific CEO Matt Mercier says of the concepts: “They are an important part of our long-term strategy to expand our presence in Foodservice within the region, and add to our longstanding partnership with Cairns Airport. It’s particularly exciting to be partnering with Eagle Boys Express, who are well known within our region.”
Cairns Airport General Manager Commercial, Fiona Ward, adds: “These new choices are already proving very popular.”
