Open category EOI sustains leasing drive at Changi T3
By Luke Barras-hill |
Singapore Changi Airport Group (CAG) is continuing to invest in the transformation of Terminal 3 with an expression of interest (EOI) for two open category retail/service concessions.
The two concessions are located at Basement Level 2 North, with each running for three years from 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2022 with no renewal options.
Concession #B2-26 spans approximately 61.9sq m and concession #B2-18 covers 78.1sq m.
“We are looking for brands with a proven track record over the years that will differentiate the retail offering at Terminal 3,” stated CAG.
LUXURY TENDER
CAG’s latest EOI follows a significant leasing drive at Terminal 3 as reported earlier this year, with 11 new luxury brand concessions on the table available to all categories except liquor & tobacco and perfumes & cosmetics.
Designed to ‘inject buzz and differentiate the retail offerings at Singapore Changi Airport’, the concessions are split into four clusters and range in size from 26sq m to 135sq m.
Speaking to TRBusiness, a CAG official confirmed today that those luxury concessions are ‘still under negotiation’.
