TRBusiness is pleased to announce Pepi Sappal as its new Reporter, Business & Brands, effective immediately.

With more than 24 years’ experience in B2B and consumer journalism, Sappal has held senior editorial posts at UK publications including National Review, HR World and Global HR.

She has also contributed widely to national titles such as The Wall St Journal, The Guardian, Dow Jones and Money Market USA.

For the past six years Sappal has been producing, writing and editing content for a variety of media companies and corporate clients, including in the financial services sector.

BRANDS AND BUSINESS FOCUS

In her new role, Sappal will contribute to TRBusiness’s authoritative travel retail business coverage across print and digital channels, with a heavy focus on brands and products.

She will report directly to Deputy Editor Luke Barras-Hill and Managing Editor Charlotte Turner.

“Having spent the last few years creating content and editing for a range of newsstand and B2B publications, I am thrilled to be joining the TRBusiness team as Reporter, Business & Brands,” said Sappal.

“In this role, I hope to inspire and engage the travel retail audience, with fresh, relevant and inspiring stories from across the globe, and together with my colleagues, will work to provide unrivalled stories and commentary for the duty free and travel retail industry’s leaders and decision makers.”
