Tito’s vodka boosts Canadian presence with Dufry listing
By Charlotte Turner |
Tito’s Handmade Vodka, distributed in Canada by WFH Travel Retail, is now on shelf at the Dufry stores at Toronto Pearson International Airport.
This listing follows similar success for the brand at Canadian land border duty free stores as well as Montreal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport.
The brand expects demand to be strong not only with Americans returning to the US, but also with Canadian residents as Tito’s has been available in Canada’s domestic market for the past few years. “The brand’s expansion internationally will also fuel demand from fans visiting Canada from around the world,” says Tito’s.
WFH Travel Retail director, Bill Harvey says: “Tito’s has experienced phenomenal growth in land border stores so we are now focusing on extending distribution in airports. This listing is an important step in that process. This exceptional product has Americana appeal and offers consumers a quality liquid with a genuine story.”
Managing director of Tito’s International, John McDonnell says: “We are delighted that Tito’s is now available to travelers at Canada’s number one airport. We have seen love for the brand grow remarkably quickly and it’s great to see customers recognize this success as well as Tito’s value as a crafted and quality product.”
Copper distilled, Tito’s Handmade Vodka is made from corn and is ‘the world’s fastest growing vodka’. Today the brand is sold in over 100 markets around the world including the US, Canada, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
