A regular contributor to the Harvard Business Review and other similar business publications, he has written over 60 case studies, papers and other teaching materials, and is author or co-author of seven books.

MAJOR RETAIL DISRUPTION

According to Donagaray, at the approaching 20th conference to be held in Santiago Chile, D’Andrea will talk about the major disruption that retail is about to face.

“The digital transformation and other prevailing trends are empowering customers that increasingly expect a better shopping experience and demand more value than ever before,” says Donagaray, disclosing D’Andrea’s agenda.

“At the same time this second digital wave opens chances for improving the business by expanding relations with both customers and suppliers. It’s a demanding challenge where only the bravest will survive and following Moore’s Law, time is shrinking.

“We will explore how retailers are reacting to this new context, and what opportunities arise in the new omnichannel landscape. “
