The Shilla Duty Free S. Rewards merges online and offline customer loyalty tools

The Shilla Duty Free’s (Shilla) global membership programme ‘S. Rewards’ has consolidated existing loyalty mechanisms across the travel retailer’s bricks and mortar and online points of sale.
Shilla’s prepaid card available at offline shops and digital currency ‘Lala Cash’ redeemable to spend at The Shilla Online Duty Free combines in a ‘globally integrated reward system’, according to Shilla.
Existing prepaid cards can be exhausted in line with their expiration dates. All Lala Cash was converted to S. Rewards on 13 August.
Points from S. Rewards, a service launched in 2019, can be used at all of Shilla’s global online and offline shops.
Customers can check their balance and purchase history by clicking the ‘S. Rewards’ button on The Shilla Duty Free mobile app.
In addition, consumers can take part in real-time events and save their rewards via the app without having to visit counters at offline shops.
