Wave of new shops & services bolster Zurich Airport as 2021 concludes

Concession partners have been strengthening the retail spread at Zurich Airport in recent weeks as the New Year’s countdown begins in earnest.
A series of new outlets now flank existing shopping options at the terminals, Airside Center and The Circle.
Heidi Köpple, Head Commercial Centers, Zurich Airport elucidated on recent developments, including the introduction of Gatezero by Highsnobiety, in the TRBusiness December e-zine.

Passengers at the airport can now explore more than 500sq m of footwear and fashion accessories at a branch of Swiss footwear firm Dosenbach located in the basement level.
ACCESSORIZE TO OPEN
Meanwhile, the Mc PaperLand office speciality store has moved to the airport’s shopping zone on level 0 and merchandises a range of office items, writing instruments and gifts. This will soon be joined by Accessorize on the same level.
At The Circle, natural beauty, wellbeing and health services are provided by the Ceremony Bliss Center, which offers massages, manicures, pedicures, facials and other services, alongside 120 natural cosmetic products from its own Swiss production.
The pop-up Second hand bags sells sought-after designer items from Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermès and other luxury brands until Christmas.
The Circle welcomed the 300-room Hyatt Place Zurich Airport on 15 December, the second hotel at the complex.
in February 2022, e-sports start-up Racing Unleashed will open a pop-up lounge at The Circle with 10 simulators in an area measuring more than 400sq m.
Since mid-December, it has been possible to drive through the airport area on a virtual Formula 1 racetrack.
At the Airside Center, air travellers can peruse a focused range of travel electronics and accessories such as headphones, smartphones, personal care devices and gadgets from leading brands courtesy of Capi.
In time for Christmas, lifestyle brand Aesop has opened its first airside boutique outside of Austria selling skin, body and haircare products.
