The Macallan Folio 5 ABV 43% rolls out to LHR, TPE and DXB boutiques

Macallan-Folio-5Travellers can now purchase the latest instalment of The Macallan Archival Series at London Heathrow, Dubai and Taiwan Taoyuan Airports.

The Macallan Archival Series Folio 5 (ABV 43%) single malt Scotch whisky is available from The Macallan Boutiques priced at £250/US$350.

Folio 5 is the fifth release in the collection and features a medley of notes including dates, fresh figs, sweet raisin, ginger, vanilla toffee, polished oak, crème brûlée and wood spice.

The latest expression is designed as a fitting tribute to the Folio Archival Series, which was created to commemorate the classic Macallan advertising campaigns from the 1970s, 80s and 90s.

The advert for the fifth release features the tale of ‘Luggy Bonnet’ aside the words ‘keep this knot firmly tied’ in a recollection to anecdotes exchanged during shooting sessions on the Speyside.
