New ‘THE Vodka’ multi-million Stoli ad campaign launches in US

Stoli vodka has launched a new worldwide advertising campaign ‘THE Vodka’, celebrating its 80 year trailblazing history.

 

Produced by The Martin Agency, various creative executions highlight the difference between ‘being one of many versus being an original’, and include an ongoing series of animated shorts made specifically for social media, illustrated by renowned graphic novelist and designer Andrew Rae, that will be released every week to the end of the year.

 

Playing on Stoli’s self-proclaimed achievements as the original premium imported vodka, the first vodka brand in space and pioneers of flavoured vodka, the new global campaign launches first in the United States with a total redesign of the brand’s website, print advertising, and out-of-home advertisements appearing in major cities around the country including New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago, and Boston.

Adds Jorge Calleja, Global Group Creative Director, The Martin Agency, “One of the best examples of Stoli’s authenticity is their iconic label. Unlike the many over-designed vodka bottles you see on shelves today, Stoli has been consistent and stayed true to its character since the beginning.

 

“We wanted to showcase the iconography that has made Stoli ‘THE Vodka’ and explore the difference between what it means to be artificial vs. authentic e.g. do you want to have ‘a’ night or ‘THE’ night? Do you want to drink ‘a’ vodka or ‘THE Vodka’?”

 

Owned by the SPI Group and produced from its own ultra-modern raw alcohol distillery in Tambov, Russia, Stoli vodka is made using only the highest quality ingredients, and goes through a quadruple filtration and triple distillation process to ensure exceptional levels of purity.
