Paradies Lagardère has opened a specialised shop at San Antonio International Airport (SAT) in Texas selling official merchandise from NBA team San Antonio Spurs.

The SAT Spurs Fan Shop is situated in Terminal A close to the Aeroméxico and Interjet gates and forms part of a new phase of updates.

Open daily (6am-10pm), it will stock licensed goods from the San Antonio-based SS&E family – the San Antonio Spurs, the San Antonio Rampage and San Antonio FC. It is the official team store’s third location.

New flights have led to increased passenger growth at SATS in recent years, with the airport surpassing 10 million passengers a year in 2018.

This feeds into phase two of the airport’s Strategic Development plan to respond to projected passenger increases to 2040 and beyond.

Russ Handy, Aviation Director said previously: “We have an aggressive strategy to grow our airport and to stay ahead of our current and projected growth.”
